Ideally situated at 800 metres from the ski lifts, the studio Valaisia 48B is located in the very heart of the resort of Haute-Nendaz.

The studio consists of a large living area with a fully equiped kitchen, a double bed, a sofa convertible, a bathroom with bath, a large balcony, as well as 5 outdoor parking spaces reserved for the building. The studio can sleep up to 4 guests.

Its central location, gives visitors fast and easy acess to the Tracouet gondola via the funicular which runs between the Plaine des Ecluses and the ski lifts as well as to the various shops, restaurants and bars of the resort.

The resort of Haute-Nendaz is a 15-minute drive from Siviez and a 25-minute drive from Sion. In Haute-Nendaz, visitors can enjoy a number of restaurants, bars and shops as well as the Tracouet gondola departure station.

Throughout the winter, free shuttle buses run between the resorts of Haute-Nendaz and Siviez. During the summer, numerous family activities are organized on the Plaine des Ecluses.
